Restoration and Renovation to the historic Olive Opera House reimagines its legacy use as
a key arts and community gathering venue providing contemporary spaces for culture, art, and expression in Ossining.
a space for what’s next
Beginning in Summer 2027, the Olive Opera House will open its event and flexible-use space to organizations and groups looking for a meaningful place to gather, share, create, and connect. The space is expected to accommodate audiences of approximately 100–120 people, offering an intimate yet flexible setting for a range of programs and gatherings.
The space is being envisioned for nonprofit organizations, cultural programming, community events, performances, talks, workshops, exhibitions, and other mission-aligned uses that bring people together and contribute to the life of the community.
Rather than serving as a traditional private-event venue, Olive is creating a home for ideas, experiences, and organizations that have something to share.
Applications to host will be open in the beginning of 2027.
